Bio
Shannon has been practicing and living a yoga centered life style for over 5 years. Shannon first tried yoga when it was offered as a class included in her big box gym membership, she fell in love with the classes and continued her practice outside the gym and outside her mat. Shannon has focused on mainly vinyasa flow and gentle flow in her practice while working on growing spiritually and living her life as focused and centered as she can.
In September 2017 Shannon began her 200-hour YTT (yoga teacher training) under the tutelage of Lara Ward and Lotus Gardens Yoga School; Shannon completed her training in June of 2018 and is 200 RYT certified with Yoga Alliance.
Shannon hopes to one day help other yogis learn the benefits and positive changes that come with a dedicated yoga practice. Her ultimate goal is to help those that are living with limited movement and chronic pain, to gain strength and flexibility through the practice of yoga and help them to attain a better quality of life.
When Shannon is not practicing yoga she can be found curled up with her kitten Beans reading a good book, outside in nature hiking with her dog Sophie, or having a new adventure with her husband Scott.

6:30-7:30PM
Yoga @ Crossfit Tritown
484 Pepper Street, Monroe
Classes will be in vinyasa style designed to build strength and flexibility.
Class is suitable for fit beginners and up.
Free for TriTown Members $20.00 for non-members.
